Replace the stack

Accounting, AP, corporate cards, business intelligence and reporting in one system.

A typical management company runs a separate ledger, AP tool, card program, and BI system for flash and budgeting — stitched together with spreadsheets in between. Every seam is a reconciliation, an integration to maintain, and a place where the numbers disagree. Docyt collapses the stack into one ledger that every system reads and writes from.

  • One vendor master and one approval policy for every property
  • Daily flash reporting, live P&L and forecast always agree because they are the same data
  • Integration changes handled by Docyt, not your IT
  • Per-property pricing that scales down as the portfolio grows

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Docyt handle properties on different PMS and brands?

Every property connects through its own PMS integration, and Docyt maps each one to the same chart of accounts and departments. Roll-ups are identical regardless of brand or PMS, so a Marriott on FSPMS, a Hilton on OnQ and an independent on Mews sit side by side in one portfolio view.

Can each owner see only their properties?

Yes. Multi-owner permissioning gives each ownership group access to its own entities, statements and documents without duplicate books or separate logins for your team.

How does management fee accounting work?

Management fees, incentive fees and shared-cost allocations are calculated from the reconciled actuals and posted by the Closing Agent as intercompany entries between the property entities and the management company, on the schedule you set.

How fast can you onboard 50 or 100 properties?

Within 24 hours of receiving the exports. Properties migrate in parallel: the Migration Agent maps every chart of accounts, validates every general ledger file and imports all of them overnight. Your team reviews one mapping per chart, not one per property.

Will Docyt replace M3 or work alongside it?

Either. Most management companies replace M3 or Sage with Docyt's ledger to get the agents and the zero-day close. Some keep a statutory GL and sync to it while Docyt does the work. Read the Docyt vs M3 comparison for details.
